GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SALE

All written or verbal orders are subject to the following conditions without exception:

a) All materials travel at the risk and hazard of the buyer

b) Any claims must reach us, by fax or registered post, within no more than 8 days, from the receipt date;

c) No claims will be accepted for materials already laid down;

d) In case of returned goods, wich must be with our expressively authorization, we will accept only the costs of transport and no other;

e) After the payment deadline, we will charge interest at 3% above the current official interest rate;

f) Any cancellation of orders will not accepted if not justified in writing;

g) Marble is natural stone and may very in tone. The operator laying the material must take care to much the product in the best possible way. Moreover to avoid halos and/or spot, use any kind of treatment only after marble laid down;

h) The product known as “travertine” may have holes, these are a characteristic of the product and we will not accept claims for such features;

i) The exclusive tribunal for any controversy, shall be the court of Ragusa.
