SCOGLITTI

Administratively belonging to Vittoria, Scoglitti is an interesting fishing and tourism resort. The place hosts several picturesque events such as a daily fishing auction, the annual San Francesco Festovaò, honouring the patron saint, and the procession of the Virgine dif Portosalvo. The village is endowed with tourism facilities, that have been remarkably growing over the past decade. Tourism and agriculture, notably the hothouse cultivation, represent its main economic resources.
