SAPONARA

Saponara is a town of about 4,000 inhabitants located in the Messina province at about 160m a.s.l. It is splitted into two sides by the Cardà river. The 1700’s Chiesa Madre dedicated to Saint Nicholas and preserving a 1700’s painting depicting the saint, is the main church in town.
