CAPIZZI

The town of Capizzi is included in the province of Messina. It lies at 1,100m a.s.l. in an area which is bordered by the river Cerami and the slopes of the Nebrodi. The town visitors can enjoy some fine churches, such as the Chiesa Madre, retaining a beautiful 1200’s gothic portal, and the Chiesa di San Giacomo, that stands in the main piazza.
