CAPO BIANCO

The white reef of Capo Bianco, steeply sloping to a turquoise and uncontaminated sea, runs between Sciacca and Agrigento. Atop the promontory are Greek ruins, belonging to the ancient Eraclea Minoa, and the remnants of a splendid theatre. On its western side stretches the Nature Reserve of the Platani River, this flowing into a wide sandy beach at the foot of the promontory.
